Is shadowy attendant worth adept 3 on PvP?

<DIV>I looted the adept 1 a few weeks ago, but not sure if it would be worth it for a ruby to make adept 3.  I've read conflicting info on it for raids, just wondering what the general concensus is for PvP.</DIV>
