Ancient Balm, should be be able to cast this while mezzed,stifled,etc...

Isn't the recast on Ancient Balm like 20s? I know the recast for the Defiler's Voice of the Ancestors is 2m. Perhaps that's why one can be cast when stifled, feared, etc and the other cannot.<hr size="2" width="100%"><div></div>

recast is 8s last i checked. .and the 2min recast on defiler spell is prolly cuz it can be cast while under control effects as well as being a grp cure heh<div></div>
