Whats GEB?

there are a slew of flowing thought items expecialy if you are 70 i recomend getting manastone and the shamen hat from vaults ( lvl 70 instance ) that will help you very much so with power also useing exceptinal essences of clerity will as well btw the hat is calledtribal spiritist's hat and again assumeing you are 70 there is a small quest series for mark of the awakend a nice ft5 neck peice that adds to crit chances and has pretty nice stats hp and power<div></div>

Worth that and more.205 power every 30 seconds . . . equivalent to FT40 or so.There are even a couple special situations that make it even more valuable.<div></div>

<P>I think that I paid about 5 for my vault hat.  If you remember to click it, then its short reuse timer makes it one of the best power regen items out there (still looking for some Doomseer leggings).  </P>

I have the Doomseer Leggings . . . they are very nice, but not nearly as nice as the hat.  30 minute recast on the leggings.  <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />They are nice for emergencies, like if you die during a fight and need to get your power back fast.  For most people, the leggings work out to about a bubble of power.  Combine them with the hat, Manastone, and an Exceptional Essence of Clarity and you can be back at 40% power in a matter of 30 seconds.<div></div>

If you are in a guild that does T7 raiding, do the quest "By Land By Air By Sea" in Bonemire: it eventually yields a 20 wis/ int,  100 health/ power, FT8 wrist item. Also in Bonemire, "Drukin Tellfizz, Stuck Gnome" and its follow-up quest are fast and soloable, and give a ring 15 wis 5 ministration 20 power FT2. For simple power restoration, there is a quested item in LT referred to as Manastone 2.0, which is easily soloable at 70 and gives 411 power every 30 mins at the cost of health. The quest is called "The Vessel of Fyr'Un". If you do the quest, examine the vessel and get "Restoring the Vessel", then kill Godking Anuk to upgrade the item to 604 power restoration. Pretty handy in a pinch.<div></div>
