Bolster ninja nerfed?

I have been without internet for a little over a week.. on my way back to haven i notice that bolster's recast time was upped to 2 minutes and power use is upped too.not sure if it was in update notes i briefly skimmed over them.<div></div>

If its only 2 mins then it got reduced. I believe its always been a 3 min recast.. could be wrong

orly   i smoke too much well power looks odd to me.. doesnt look the same and no update<div></div>
