Are there any other full skirt Mystic leggings like this?

I happened to make a new character on one of the servers earlier and I started a Defiler, going to become a mystic as soon as I hit level 10. Anyway point is theres a Mystic/Defiler set of leggings at the docks on the starte island form a shark. i know at lower levels there was plenty but I haven't seen any higher level stuff with the same style

<DIV>I have the Leggings of the High Priestess.  Nice stats and resists, horrible power  though.  kinda purple (but have your skirt attached).  But these and the Doomseer Pants (sorry these dont have the skirt for ya)  are about the only two worthy of a raiding shammy.  Well,  that have dropped for me anyways. </DIV>
