We got increased damage, but I still think that they messed it up

Well, I do not see any point to up melee damage as vast majority of my dps is done with spells. I only use melee when I run out of power.Self only damage shield would have been MUCH more useful than that increase in melee damage. Damage shield works even when you are casting, so it would actually increase my dps instead of melee which gives me no benefits.<div></div>

I don't think that melee damage is my main source of damage, but it isn't insignificant.  I usually hit for around 60-120, my dog will hit for around the same (haven't really checked if it is different the last few days).   This is in line with how much damage my DoTs do.I certainly don't mind increased melee damage, especially when I am soloing.<div></div>
