Mystic Level 20 Armor Quest

Anyone know where the guy is the initiate the AQs for mystics?Can't seem to find him.

I believe it's a halfling gal named Selwyn, at the location thedump specified.</span></div>

Honestly though, unless you are a very casual player, you'll be through the 20-29 levels so fast and replacing gear at L30 with crafted that the difference between AQ gear and L20 crafted is so small as to be irrelevant.In short, only do the L20 AQ's if one of these is true:1.  You are a very casual player.2.  You simply like to do quests.If you are simply trying to make it through the levels and get to the endgame, you'll actually slow yourself down by stopping to do these quests.<div></div>
