Question for mystics

I have a guild mate that I regularly group with, although he hasn't been on due to rl issues for the last 2 months, I won a spell the other night that I am wondering if he will be able to use when he comes back.  It was Rejuvenating Chant master 1, which is level 43, but he is level 54.  Would he be able to use it?  He is the only mystic I know in game so if can't I will sell it.Thanks in advancePadder 48 monk<div></div>

The Master of the L43 spell is only SLIGHTLY less healing than the Adept 1 of the L57, and it costs a good bit less power.Long story short, the L43 Master will be a good choice until you can get an Adept 3 of the L57.<div></div>
