What classes get Safe Fall? Mystics?

<div></div><div>Scouts and Brawlers (monks and bruisers) I believe get this ability.  I dont think all fighters get this ability.. the guardian that I group with regularly seems to take about as much falling damage as I usually do. Every class gets safe fall, it just takes alot of practice... *wink* =)<div></div>
