I am 53 mystic. At a moment I am wearing full cobalt set and standard T6 jewelry (planning to change jewelry to rare when possible). Are there items which I could use as upgrade to cobalt (or jewelry)? Raiding is not possible for me due to small guild, so grouped items are max that I have possibilities for.<div></div>

What percentage of the time do you solo? group? The mitigation on cobalt is nice for soloing, but you're kinda dragging yourself down in groups as most of it is pretty sparse on the wis. <div></div>

Maybe 50/50 for solo/group. Cobalt is nice for solo due to high mitigation, but stats are not that stellar otherwise.<div></div>

I am probably not the person to give advice on specific pieces though... I finally got my armor to match at level 49, so at 51 now I am still wearing it as I plan for some other gear.  Still wearing the leatherfoot deputy BP, heh. <div></div>

Quests in SS often give excellent gear as a reward.Peac0ck club series of quests gives excellent gear as a reward at various stages. Some solo-able named in Silent City drop excellent gear.

I guess that I have to check peac0ck then. Which npc starts it?<div></div>

<P>There is a great wisdom bracelet on the island east of the docks... rub the lamp for a genie (12 wis cobra coil)</P> <P>I found this link a little while back that is GREAT for DoF quests... </P> <P> <A href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=quest&message.id=89746#M89746" target=_blank>http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=quest&message.id=89746#M89746</A></P> <P>Has walkthru's for the Amulet of the sword of ro (14wis int stam Flowing thought 1) neck piece too.</P> <P> </P> <P>Also if your in a smaller guild and do not raid because of that try finding a few other guilds like yours and form a raid alliance. We have one and it has worked out great. Perfect compromise to have access to epic content while keeping that family guild enviornment.</P>

Well, T6 rare jewelry is +14WIS if I remember correctly? So, any better items available?<div></div>

All of the court instance access quests reward you along the way and at the end with some decent gear. Blade/Coin/Truth quests are mostly soloable and no sweat for a group on the tougher parts. Really just pile on the quests that you find throughout DoF and you're bound to find some with decent rewards.

My thoughts on the T6 jewelry;   Get the jewelry after you have gotten your spells AD3.  Maybe the wisdom ring, but otherwise, plenty of jewelry to be found on quests that is only slightly less than the crafted stuff.

<P>Actually t6 jewelry is +31 wis, and +32 int.  And if yer buying non-imbued rings shame on you. <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  As for waiting for jewelry till you have all ad3's well other than heals/wards MAYBE then I'd say jewelry first as a few more points on a heal, ward, buff, or whatever will rarely keep YOU alive longer when a mob turns or an aoe is eating you, BUT a few hundred extra hp from all the STA on t6 stuff AND the improved resists, now that will keep YOU alive longer, so what if your spells wait just a lil while cause you can't cast 'em if your dead.</P> <P>One other point, the poster above said maybe the wis, well if you solo the int buff t6 rare ring is 100x more important.  While per tick it's not a huge jump on our dots, it adds quite a bit of damage, and solo'n having higher power don't help much, if it can kill you it will do so between cast times LONG before you run outta power even in regular handcrafted gear with no buff rings.</P>

<DIV>To be honest there is soooooo much shaman gear out there now.  If you want to upgrade alot of your gear to really good t6 gear just go to the raid instance of shimmering citadel.  I have gotten  very good helm, bracers, arms, necklace, and gloves from there.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The gloves droped off the black queen was +20sta +20wis +another stat I cant remember and alot of resists and +6 ordination.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Toobig 60 Mystic 60 Sage</DIV> <DIV>Malice</DIV> <DIV>Beta Testing PoF since release!!</DIV>

(Amulet of Swords of Ro quest for example)</DIV>
