have a rare 40-50 tier what adept III to get

What level are you?  How fast do you level?  Do you solo more or group more?  Do you intend to raid? All these factor into the decisions.

There are a number of considerations... 1) We are first and foremost priests, so gettting our two direct heals and ward upgraded beyond adept 1 is high priority. (unless you are expecting to fly to 60 very fast) 2) Spells recieved at 47 and later do not recieve upgrades before 60.  Therefore, you will be using those until the next expansion, which could be awhile since DoF came out just a little over two months ago.<div></div>

I level at a moderate pace, I am not a power player (about 2-4 hours a night) <DIV>I think maybe oberon or dreadful lethargy is the way to head if i still use them at 60</DIV>

Enlightened Healing is not replaced until L60, and of far more use than Oberon in a casual situation.  The same applies to Dreadful Lethargy, very situational. You will likely get the most mileage out of Enlightened Healing leveling slowly. Remember to take Sacred Aegis M2 at 54.  As a casual player, once you have that you'll be in great shape in most casual group situations.
