first of all, its no heritage quest <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> second, speak like a dragon is "just" a language quest you need to be able to talk to nagafen to start the prismatic quests ("fire and ice" and "deception") ... sorry to dissapoint you here <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> afterwards you get a prismatic sceptre, i dont have it yet, it certainly is superior to the SM in grouping-environment, solo .. well, i guess when i have my prismatic i will still use SM solo <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

I prefer the Prismatic to the Screaming Mace. I don't want to rely on a proc for power.  The Prismatic is constant power, no RNG to work with hoping for a proc. But finishing To Speak as a Dragon is a long, long way from having a Prismatic Sceptre of the Scale.  You are six drakotas, 1 named orc, 1 named giant and 1 huge dragon away from a Prismatic weapon.  Hope you have a strong raiding guild.

Deception is the quest that will grant your prsmatic. If your there gl on darathar.

Yeah if I had to choose between Screaming Mace and Prismatic I would go Prismatic due to the in combat power regen and I would use the Screaming Mace if I was solo'ing.  I am lvl 59 and still use my prismatic due to the +25 wis, power and regen.  There was something called "Disturbance" in an update - haven't researched it but from what I hear it could be an upgrade to the first prismatic.
