Question about Mystic debuffs please

With other Mystics, no.  The most powerful debuff wins.  So, if someone casts Adept 1 Howl of the Ancients and I cast Adept 1 Scream of the Ancients, Howl has no effect. With other sub-Classes . . . it depends.  Some things do in fact stack.  Certain Defiler STA debuffs actually stack with Mystic STA debuffs.  I'm not sure what those debuffs are, I don't play a Defiler.  I do however raid with one and we can "see" the STA debuff effects stack by letting the mob get damaged then casting.

question kinda in the same vein so rather than start a new thread... im a lvl 36 mystic and im just wondering if our two attack speed debuff lines (single and group) stack with each other? keening haze and grim lethargy  in my case. apologies if its been asked/answered before i did try to search before posting thanks! <div></div>
