Looking back at my original question, thinking about what I was feeling--I still believe (as some mentioned) burst healing is something that shaman cannot do.I agree that wards and small heals are our niche, so to speak.Solo-ability is well something that I look at eq1 and remember how a shaman was...master of the dot, and the slow. I would like SOME of those dots back at some point. I do believe at some point AA's will come out in EQ2 and we can build on them. However, until then, I want a decent dot.mystt

Sadly, burst healing and DPS are sore spots for all priests.  Druids were even worse burst healers until this most recent patch. ((discounting the fury spell back into the fray)) All priests are kinda skimpy on the DPS at present. If I had to guess though, if a solution comes it will be something geared more towards solo play and not an increase in nuke/DoT potency.  <div></div>
