Cobra Coils

<DIV>I have seen many Mystics on mistmoore wearing these. +12 Wis on them. Cobra coils. Being a semi smart person I can only imagine they are a new item for DOF. Unfortunatly the dozen or so Mystics I have asked "Where did you get your wrist armor?", the only answer I got was, "Broker". Any clue? Is a a repeatable quest? I want 2, wasnt sure if I had to buy one and quest one.</DIV>

If i remember correctly it is a choice from that genie bottle instance on the island southeast of the carpet in SS. If you want 2 you will need to buy one or have a friend do the quest for you as it is not repeatable. There is another 8wis +XX crushing resist item from embalmer?  that i coose to wear myself instead of 2 coils tho.

Sounds good, right now neither of my wrists have Wis on them. I havent done that genie bottle quest yet. In fact the only thing I have done in SS is help my guild with the HQ Ancient Desert Power. I will hit the bottle tonight...enbalmer is the other wrist armor with wis and crushing resists?

Ill post again when i get home with the name of the island the genie bottle is on and what the name of the other bracelet is. I am 90% sure it is about 3-4 quests deep in the chain that the embalmer gives tho.

There's another +12 wis qsted bracelet in silent city; called bracelet of divine knowledge. If you just do the access qst from tombs to get to silent city then do the one for SS to city zone-in access, it'll lead to this qst reward. I like it a lot better than 2 coils or 1 coil and the embalmer reward.

Yea theres a couple +12'ers floating around Blood opal is another. I personally like the crush resist tho.

Thanks for the replys...much adventuring for me this weekend!!!   Last night I was unable to go to the bottle do to a mini dragon that needed to be killed<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  Wed/Thurs night being heritage quest night in our guild I probably wont be able to get to it till this weekend. But much thanks for taking the time to type this stuff out for me. This is my first game like EQ2 and even with an experienced guild, I need all the help I can get.

<DIV>I worked up my Ashen Order faction to max ally - first time in Cave on Knowledge, I got a sub quest that rewarded me with a +12 WIS item, Bracer of Divine Power I think.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also, *somewhere* in the BL adventure pack there is a mob that drops Cursed Bracers of Wisdom.  I was still wearing these at 56 though they were long grey, because they have 12 WIS, +2 ordination/ministration, though -10 STA.  Never, ever saw anyone else on my server with them either.</DIV>
