Yes, and while they make a difference, they really arent any more effective than the tools that say Templars get, although I admit that ours sound a lot more fun. <div></div>

By the way, since the adept 1 books of our 3 new spells are dropping now, don't waste a rare on Ancient Balm, it does not improve the number of levels it dispells with upgrades. It's *hopefully* a bug, but either way, the adept 1 book is all that's necessary for this spell at this time. <div></div>

<DIV>I saw those dev posts as well but it seemed unclear as to if all the spells were going to have the same values Adept 1 or 3... or if it was just the spells like Ancient balm + Call of the Hero etc. I am obviously hoping that it is the latter. Maybe i am just reading into it too much(or too little =P) or letting all the half-cocked rants get to me....  Mystique's post reassured me a little but i still think the dev posts could be taken either way. Uh huh. How about removing the confusion by editing the spell descriptions of those spells that do not upgrade to reflect this fact? Or would that make too much sense? <div></div>

<P>I think his clarification needs a little clarification.</P> <P>On a side note i did read that they are making that change. Ie that the spells will not say ad1-ad3. I just do not know if that means all or just the non-upgradeable ones.</P>

Well, if the plan is to remove the upgrade level display when examining the spell to inform the player that the spell does not upgrade, then let's hope they make this clear in the patch notes for it. I just hate the confusion that can happen with misinformation or the lack of clarification on changes to the game. <div></div>

What I also understand is, that un-upgradable spells will be obtained "automatically" like before since it will be considered as an "ability", but other spells like the new ones will be dropped by mobs which you could scribe or if you can't wait let a Sage craft one for you.Anyways, I nearly lost a vanadium cluster to ancient balm <span>:smileyhappy:</span><i></i><div></div>
