Unless something regarding slow stacking changed in the combat upgrades, our slows have never stacked.  The highest slow value out of the slow spells used on the mob is the one that is active I believe.  I'm not sure if this is the same for our dps reduction spells or not. <div></div>

Icons stack when the spells have slightly different effects, but only the most powerful effect is applied.
