Am I the only one who thinks that our cold dots are timed oddly?

Our disease dots have duration of 24 secs, nuke loads in 3 secs and cold dots have duration of 12 secs and recast of _15_ secs.Due to that 15 sec reuse I find it hard to time attack spells effectively. Am I the only one thinking so or has someone found good way to use and time them?<div></div>
