T5 Spells that do not get upgraded

It appears thatlevel 47 is the cutoff point for spells being replaced. I just went and ad3'd Avatar, Runic Talisman and Oberon myself.

If that's the case, I may save my /respec and get Runic Talisman at Master 2 after getting both ward upgrades.
