<DIV> Is torpor at all even usefull, the way the spell description sounds it drains your mana while you cast makeing you not able to cast other spells at same time? </DIV>

Torpor could be the best spell we have. For a Ward caster, the ability to regenerate the health of your target while the Ward absorbs damage is immense.
