Why do we get a 3rd Water Breathing spell? And for that matter, a Second

However the Latest two add a whopping 3 to defense, other wise no diff I can see. Even if they are that minor. Whats the point.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone know the thinking behind this? <P>3 to defense is worth half a level more of defensive skills. It is a nice boost.</P> <P>It is 3 more points to defense skill, not AC. +3 AC would be worthless yes.</P>

However ultimately the point is why do we get a 3rd Water breathing spell. </P> <P>I have been reading the rants on these boards today, and "Ouch" some of them are very accurate as to the mystics plight. I don't like to be a "my class is gimped" person. But I am feeling pain now.</P> <P>Taking my role as Party Buffers, especially for physical dps.</P> <P>IN Combat, Mob Debuffer, Healer, Wards are really useless at higher levels it seems.
