<DIV>This spell has 4 components:</DIV> <DIV>- A 2.5k collective group ward</DIV> <DIV>- A proc buff </DIV> <DIV>- A mitigation buff</DIV> <DIV>- A shapechange</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>All on group.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The problem is, when the ward component wears off (usually in 1-2 hits from the mob), the other 3 components drop off instantly. This is especially confusing, considering 1 of the components is a mitigation increase, and since wards are unmitigated, and this effect is only up while the target is warded, it is, in effect, non-existant.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>This could be easily solved by splitting the spell into 2 sub-spells, one that gives the 3 buffs, and another that applies the group ward.</DIV>

Most of the problems of the Mystic class could easily be solved. :/ <div></div>

<P>I bet if your group fights some grey mobs, it will stay up a little longer for the full benefit. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P>I'm wondering too, if you are fighting outdoors and you cast this, and folks in your group don't have /hide_illusions and are on a horse, will it knock them off their horse?</P> <P>Reason I ask is, I noticed yesterday that I was on my horse and didn't have hide_illusions turned on because I had been playing around with my petrified froglok eye, and of course to get on the horse you have to cancel your bear form. So when I remembered to recast my bear form, it knocked me off my horse because I forgot to turn hide_illusions back on. Casting this spell outdoors on your group could actually [Removed for Content] some folks off if that is the case. Haha <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P>Man I'm bored.</P> <P> </P>

I wouldn't call it bugged, because it's likely working as intended in the eyes of the devs. It's pretty much just a group ward (and not a bad one at that) that acts just like a group ward, but has a neat illusion and lets your group Maul for a few seconds. I suppose it stacks about as well as our other wards do, but I've had weird stacking issues before using this spell in conjunction with other wards.</P> <p>Message Edited by Eloora on <span class=date_text>05-27-2005</span> <span class=time_text>10:40 AM</span>

<DIV>Eloora, I know it is basically a group version of Eidolic Ward - that's how I saw it when I first got it, and I think that's the way the devs intended it to be.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But it gives physical mitigation. It gives it in such a way that the effect never... effects... anything. So that component is bugged.</DIV>

<DIV>In your spell book it will have the same icon as Idolic Saviour and it is not upgradable, just like Idolic Saviour. I think it is level 47.</DIV>
