More of those priest changes that weren't going to take effect until the combat changes were in I see. I have to agree with this nerf, as shadowy attendent was clearly overpowered already. Why this spell could be the difference between defeating grey mobs 20 levels below me... Maybe I should be happy it was more than a icon graphic fix.

I was reading the patch notes where this was change was posted. Inquisitors and Templars got improvements. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

- Spirit of the Wolf now lasts 30 minutes instead of 15. You forgot about having the duration of sow increased, as that obviously completely balances our class... wasn't this update supposed to fix us? Part of me says cancel right now its not happening, but I think i'll give them one more week, until atleast May 2nd to put it in.
Message Edited by sardiax on 04-29-2005 11:31 AM

SoW is not exclusive to us. That also benefits Defilers, Wardens, and Furies.

Here was my response to Moorgards test server thread: http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=testfeed&message.id=15748 I'll keep this short and simple. Honestly, I really don't care about the froglocks. Priest balancing has been shifted yet again to another live update. Mystics are far, far inferior to the other priests in terms or healing power and effectiveness from lvls 25-50. With the recent haze nerf we are even further behind, although the use of our haze spell was just to make up for our primary healing problems. Wards need to account for the targets AC (mitagation), period. Hopefully live update #9 will combine the new combat changes with priest balancing. It just gets harder and harder with each live update to keep faith in SOE. Moorgard and Blackguard, please let the whole EQ2 community know when (or if) we are going to see changes to the current priest situation. I really don't think anyone at SOE is listening, but I tried . . .
They can't nerf guardians and clerics... would be too many people who got upset. Too bad they fail to see that mystics also are paying customers

Of course, we know what happened with that, MG 'clarified' his statement and said priest changes won't go in till combat changes and we have no date on combat changes. As annoying as it all is for everyone, try to read the developer updates till you only wind yourself up over something they never promised
