<DIV>I have a mystic on Mistmore server and I see our "Form of the Builder" on the market for 5 gold all the time (I feel like naming names, but I'm not going to do it).  Please fellow beavers (hawks, snakes, etc.) don't buy it from another player unless you check the Scribe in Qeynos Harbor first and make sure its cheaper!  Our form does not cost 5 gold (think it was around 53 sp).  The scribes who sell our higher spells are directly acrossed the street from the scribe you have been buying from in the 20s.  :smileywink:</DIV>

People actually buy the "fun" spells?

<P>Most of my in-dungeon time is spent as a hawk.  It gives me the ability to have the bear form buffs without the big bear behind that just gets in the way.</P> <P>The bever form was a bit of a waste as it's not much smaller than the bear, but I'm looking forward to the serpent form for an even smaller shape.</P>

The 9g Level 50 fun spell makes you look like a christmas tree / disco ball. Well worth the 9g (not) <div></div>

<DIV>The Snake form is very useful.  Bringing down your size and being able to use the bear form is really cool.  Plus the animation for the snake is great.</DIV>

Most people have Guise of the Deceiver at L35, giving them a "humanoid" form instead of snake.  The PoV from snake form is really really annoying.

I bought all of them as I feel the need to have every spell available to me, worthless or nor. :o <div></div>

Yeah the beaver is great =)  Now if they would make it beaver sized instead of huge bear sized it would be even better.  The stag is much smaller than the beaver and still easy to target unlike the snake.

<DIV>I bought the bird and beaver but I'm not sure I'll buy any of the others.</DIV> <DIV>Now if bird had levitate, beaver had EB, snake had nox resist or a poison dot, and stag had a damage shield (antlers) then I would be buying each and every one of the illusions.</DIV> <DIV>Right now they are good for about 5 minutes of laughs and that's it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> I've fallen to my death at least 5 times. I really miss levitate. I got used to playing a monk and I could jump off anything. My little dwarf mystic doesn't do so good on bumpy terrain. Hey think we can turn this into a "give mystics levitate" thread? =P</DIV>

<P>they are fun spells, they are not supposed to provide any value outside of fun/roleplaying.  Although our level 40 "fun spell" is actually pretty useful as if helps you pick out caster targets.</P> <P>As to the prices that players put on the broker, I'm sure most of them don't even realize what the spell is (that its a fun spell that can just be purchased from a vendor cheap), and are just pricing it in comparison to other spells of that level or other players already selling that spell at that price.</P>
