After months of having these seplls do little to nothing due to prior "fixes" they now put something back. Now what that something is I'm not sure. In theory a lower stamina would be less max hitpoints. Does it take away current HP, max HP? Does the target heal if the buff wears off? Once the targets HP is less than the new max after the stamina debuff is there any impact at all? Is it a spell that if not cast in the first 5 seconds has no impact?

I would think that it reduces the mobs sta, and then every tick the sta steadily goes back up. But that's just my thinking right now...

I will parse the effect the spells have on max hps as soon as it goes live.
Message Edited by disrupt on 02-28-2005 10:06 AM
