It's that good. At level 30, with slow on I can sit there and let level 28-29 ^^ beat on me all day without using ward, and barely healing. I actually MT for a swashy/mystic duo. When slow drops my health goes down two bubbles in seconds.

I concur.It's not so much that it slows them down (it does) but more importantly that it makes them miss almost every time.
