lv25 spiritual replenishment ???

<DIV>i have lv25 "spiritual replenishment"  on my spell list for mystic but i never received it.. is it a automatic spell or is it like "Udor's spirit of the hawk" you have to purchase it someplace ?? and if you have to buy it what vendor sells the spell ??</DIV>
