Str line and swords/hammers

<DIV>Just started a fury after EoF came out so relatively clueless about a lot of things.  Planning out my AAs and am still a bit unclear on Str line of the Druid AA's.  I know it clearly states that the 2nd ability in the line (attack w/ haste buff) requires a sword.  However, wasn't entirely sure about the rest of the line.  For example, do you have to use sword to get the passive double attack bonus from wild ferocity or be able to use the end line semi-spammable melee attack?  Or do these work with hammers as well.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I apologize if this is common knowledge and a beaten horse, but I was unable to find anything definitive in forum searches and (while they have gotten better) many of the in-game AA descriptions are often less than clear/adequate.</DIV>

No, you don't need a sword equipped to use the rest of the line, just that attack. I have 4-4-8-8-8 in the str line and use a mace. I still get the proc to double attack, the proc heal and the ability to use the endline talent.

Thanks for the clarification.  Coming from a swashie where the double attack AA and the whole line its in have severe weapon restrictions and wanted to be 100% sure.

I have a question to go with this one...The only sword I've been able to find I can use in T7 is the xegonite scimitar, which was a bit of a disappointment on it's stats. Are there any other swords out there that are usable?<div></div>
