Bestial Feast Not Proc'ing?

<DIV>Has anyone noticed that sometimes when Bestial Feast lands on a mob (and shows up in your maintained window) it doesn't actually proc when the mob dies? I've especially noticed this in a raid setting.</DIV>

wow, someone actually casts this spell?It ranks in the worst 3 for me: Bestial Feast, Maddening Swarm, and Barbarous Intimidation.<div></div>

I use it in almost every fight, a nice no aggro hot, to top off the group's health.  and when fighting groups (solo'ing heroics, you know how us furies can be <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />)) that extra heal as I kill each one can make the difference!

/FeedbackPlease make this follow the spell description listed and proc when the mob dies, not when someone in your group kills it.   This makes it nearly useless in raids, where it should be coming into use nonstop on trashmobs.<div></div>

I adore this spell. Nice little HoT plus a short boost to Str and Stm? Yes please! Lets my tank keep pulling, lets my 'lock tap away, keeps everyone full up and in a mass pull an extra group heal is always nice.

I like it also. Rarely touch it in raids because of the proc issue, but love it for solo. Comes in real handy when I'm low on power and hit the manastone and necro hearts after mobs have died. Makes for a much shorter regen time.

<DIV>the only time i have found this spell even remotely useful is when u are in a fast DPS group doing lots of group encounters..... Example Nizara, Nek 3. It dosnt work in raids if someone from another group gets the kill shot on the mob, Soloing its just quicker / easier to cast a single target heal or regen. </DIV>
