<div></div>Trying to work out what AA Path to take as a fury mainly used in raids. Tortoise shell seems pretty good:<blockquote>Stuns the castor. All area affect abilities that do not directly target the castors group are avoided as long as they are touching the castor.</blockquote><div align="left"><div align="left"><div align="left">I am wondering how others in group 'touch the castor'? Also if IM mainly used in an MT group, then I guess this spell is pretty useless considering the MT is taking the hits from the mob! Also the AA ability infusion:<blockquote>Deals magic damage to nearby enemy when a beneficial spell is cast on an ally.</blockquote>Wondering if this is an area affect damage and exactly how much damage does this spell inflict? (affect on mezzed mobs nearby)</div></div></div><blockquote><div align="left"></div></blockquote><div></div><p>Message Edited by Budgiette on <span class="date_text">02-27-2006</span><span class="time_text">02:43 PM</span></p>

In other words, if the AoE "touches" the caster (the caster can't be out of range), the AoE is prevented. I could be completely off base here, but it would be kind of silly to be stunned just to protect yourself otherwise.

Any ideas on how long the spell lasts and recast timer?</span><div></div>

<div></div><div>shell is a 30s duration with a 2 min recast and by touching the caster they mean that it only has a 3m range.. soooo not really as useful as it sounds</div><p>Message Edited by Dragonrealms on <span class="date_text">02-27-2006</span><span class="time_text">06:19 PM</span></p>

<div></div>Heck I have trouble at times keeping people close enough to me for group invis. Three meter range restriction is going to make this nearly worthless.

Infusion was a true ae on beta when it was our level 65 spell - guessing it's the same now.<div></div>

<div>Someone really needs to work on improving the in game descriptions. They should just state explicitly what the thing does... tell us that it prevents AoE for groups members within 3 meters rather than use a vague term like "touching". Bah. :p</div>

<div></div>if you examine it in the AA list, it tells you it's 3 meters =P that's how i know what it does.

Oh, I didn't realize you could right-click and examine the abilities. I thought all we had was the tooltips. Thanks! Now, why can't they show all that info on the tooltip...? It's only a couple more lines. :p<div></div>
