i had adept 1 for it, until I got the master drop off a named in CT.  Master is 75 levels and oh so very very nice.  So far the best use of it was when we were taking down Vox.  Everytime he dropped his Dot on entire grp i was waiting with that and we took only 1 hit of damage which was quickly taken away by grp heal.

Yes it is upgradable as I got the Adept 1 yesterday. It just seems to be an uncommon drop so I snatched it off the broker when it turned up :smileyhappy:

As Leth said, try doing a Darathar raid without Furys and see how long people stay alive and how long the healers have power.  I honestly believe Darathar cannot be done near as easily without this cure. <div></div>
