Where do I buy my upgraded spells?

<DIV>I can't find many of my spells in the acamady scribes.  I realy need to upgrade from the app 1 versions.  Are these spells player made/drop only, or are they sold somewhere else?  I'm a lvl 26 Fury. </DIV>
