<DIV>Does anyone know if these stack at all? Like will Symmetry IV stack with Symmetry IX or any other of the additional heal amounts.</DIV>

<DIV>yes they will stack...but the problem is they are normalized now. So +30 healing spread across 6 ticks of a regen is only +5 each tick. So at +90 symmetry you'd have a whole +15 per regen tick....</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you ask me these are just a whole slew of items that benefit the other healers much more then us, especially since there are better cloaks (FT 3), better off-hand and ranged items and what not that will give more wisdom/power then ones that might come with + heals!</DIV>

<P>So basically they are a complete waste of adornment space and you are better off having FT or other effect items, seeing as its a rare day indeed that +5 to a heal is going to make the difference in a tough fight, even if it is a long fight.</P> <P> </P>

So on my single target regen the first tick may be 699 and all the others are around 650 or something. </P> <P>It makes me laugh that people complain about +5 per tick to a heal but go crazy over 2 extra points of mana every 6 seconds...+ to heal crit doesn't increase your heals that much either but it is something extra. </P>

So what matters to me is that at the end of the fight when it's looking like a toss up whether you will win or not, your tank is spiking...i want to know that when i reach back to go into heal my A%* off mode to keep the tank up that i'm going to have the power to do it. Adding an extra 5-10 to a tick isn't going to help me, being able to chain cast heals (including expensive group ones) will. Having to stack 3-4 + heal items to even get myself to near 20 a tick extra healing isn't worth it when i could use those slots to get myself probably 20 or more FT from those slots!<p>Message Edited by frostbane on <span class=date_text>12-20-2006</span> <span class=time_text>05:41 PM</span>

i'm not saying FT isn't worth anything but I think the relative merits of FT1 or SymIV are pretty indistinguishable. Also, I've yet to run across an instance where I had to choose between +heals and FT. win win and put +heal adornment on a FT item.

<DIV>The power regen cap is around 104 (give or take a couple)... basically 1/2 that can come from gear (flowing thought) and 1/2 can come from spells (bard song, spirit of the bat, etc). Gear and adornments that proc a power increase aren't included under the power regen cap though. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Aditu (our guild genius and ACT guru) did some testing with Symmetry and +heals and the increase to heals seems to be capped at 100% of the original spells value. With master spells in t7 that makes it virtually impossible to cap with the gear I've seen so far. Maybe there is a healing pulse XX or M out there I don't know about. Also, some gear shows symmetry but the effect is healing pulse so it may be a difficult thing to see with mouseovers.</DIV>
