Snare component of our roots increased

<DIV>I logged in this morning and was looking at my root spells  and noticed that the snare component was increased by 8% on Trapping Vines and 9% on Bracken ..... To my knowledge, the Conjurer's snare spell "Frigid Winds" still affects epics. I don't have a high-level Conjurer however, so I cannot check if it got nerfed lately.<div></div>

well, sure... you can <i>snare </i>the epic... but that really does you no good.<div></div>

<P>Ya....any body can cast The Agi hex doll on an epic ....but why???    Might be useful in some situations. </P> <P>However......the group root has proven useful in the Lyceum.....Where that skeletal Droag boss has 4 Heroics with him.</P> <P>I used group root on them when pulling....but had a single rooter as backup on every one....then they kept rooting theirs while i concentrated on healing MT and had an off tank group take down the adds one at a time.</P>
