are there any macros you guys use that you cant live without? or macros you think are a must have for other warden/healer should have.<div></div>
<P>Yeah, I have 2.</P> <P>When using Bee form, I have a macro for /say buzz buzz and for wolf form I have a macro for /say woof woof. </P> <P>I can't live without them.</P> <P>Common macros would include </P> <P>/hide - for hiding illusions<BR>/togglebags - for opening all inventory bags<BR>/togglebankbags - for opening all bank inventory boxes<BR>/gsay Dear god Mr. (insert tank class here) please get this mob off me. (or some other distress notification to your group)</P> <P>Outside of that other usefull macros I have seen are ones that put all the enemy master abilities on one button, and others that set up a macro to target a specific pet for healing.</P>

<P>I have a macro set up to 1) cancel whatever spell I am casting and 2) cast cure trauma. Someone on this forum suggested it when I was just starting to try solo healing in Halls of Fate. It has proved to be the most valuable macro I could have had. Without it, I wasn't succeeding in solo healing Halls of Fate. With it, it became a relative breeze.</P> <P>I can't remember the exact macro wording, but someone else may be able to share it with you.</P>

If you can find that macro, I'd love to have it. Is there a sight where I could look up macros?<p>Message Edited by somesillyname on <span class=date_text>11-03-2006</span> <span class=time_text>02:20 PM</span>

<blockquote><hr>Swiftshadow wrote:<P>try line 1 /cancel_spellcast</P><P> line 2 /usea Cure Trauma or Noxious or Arcane etc</P><hr></blockquote>Be careful to not use it in this form when you are on spam-cure duty... i.e. don't replace your normal Cure Trauma slot with the macro.Other useful macros would be a Master Smite macro (not my idea, dunno who originally created that one):: ;usea X Master's Smite ;usea Y Master's Smite ;usea Z Master's Smite X,Y,Z are of course creature type names like Goblin, Gnoll, ...(with a bit of trial and error you can fit all your smites from T1 to T7 into a single macro that way)Or resurrection macros that announce that you are about to rez your target, thus allowing other healers/rezzers to rez someone else/say Rezzing %t/usea Reincarnationor /say Incoming Group Rez for %t's group/usea Equinox

<DIV>I use a macro on my roots so if with a tank who armor is not that good and ends up dying on a tough mob, I can root the mob/mobs and hopefully have time to rez the tank before the other group members try to go down fighting and break the roots and any chance of the group recovering.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>/g Rooting %T. No DoTs or quick autoattacking unless you want it free.</DIV> <DIV>useablitiy single root. (dont remember the name since I have used the macro for long enough I havent seen it in a while)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have one for the group root.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>/g casting group root. Ect, ect, ect.</DIV> <DIV>useability group root.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Of course if you replace the root spells on your bar you wont know if the recast is up yet or and may end up spamming them alterately until you are dead or one goes off and lands and you back off from the mob/mobs.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If root nuking the spell window that shows what spells you have active (left side of the screen for me) is the easiest to use to know when to recast by the way.</DIV>

I use macro on my rezzes so that other healers know who i'm resurrecting - and especially on area rez since it's a long cast. Also I use macro on the heat/cold mitigation reducer. It's great to see the mob go fast when all debuffers hit their macros right after each other (now that they see when others hit it) and then mages hitting the mob down. Just need to time it so that tank has sufficient aggro. Hmm where else... I've macroed solo and group buffs to have some space - but this is a pain since doesn't always cast the other *rolls eyes for fast fingers*. Oh and the protections that stun and root me... others need to know if i'm not able to heal (stunned) or i'm rooted so that they stay close. And as mentioned before I have roots macroed but I don't use them much. Oh and the animalist stuff - charming an animal etc... I don't use these much though since I don't use buckler that often (and not that many animals in t7 dungeons lol and doesnt work on epics). <div></div>

Now with our new AA-cures + mitigation/resis buffs from EoF, I noticed, that we don't see in any bar the remaining duration of it when casting it on other group-members (e.g. MT). So I was thinking about a macro that somehow warns me after 30 seconds that it's time to recast. My question is ... can that be realized? I couldn't find any delay-command for macros. I'm interested in what solutions you might have <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Greetz,Fvaenne - Warden of Innovation (German Server)<div></div>

<P>/say HG up! All healers on %T----> Umm...whatever the auto-rez spell is called</P> <P>/say SANDSTORM! Yelisme is rooted!----> Sandstorm</P> <P>/say Mobs are stunned. 10 secounds to taunt! ---> Sylph</P> <P>/say Stand under the tree and let the healing bird [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] run over you! /hug ------>Protecting Grove</P> <P>/say Go Go gadget wolves! ---->Nature's Ally</P> <P> </P> <P>I think there are a few more, but I can't think of them off the top of my head. I don't use them all all the time. It just depends on what I'm doing.</P>
<DIV>I use two macro's when raiding. They're not specific to warden's though.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>/target "main tanks name"</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>/target "off tank/main assists name"</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I then bind these macro's to F7 and F8. When I'm not in the MT group or the OT/MA group, these macro's are life savers (hard to look down and find one players name in a list of 24). They ddo have to be manually edited before each raid (or if the tanks change), but I've gotten in the habit of doing it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Beyond that, I have a macro for Heirophantic Advent (stunned for 36s). I don't have a macro for resses, but I should make them <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I used to have a "*bark*" macro, for when I used to keep the wolf illusion on.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The only other macro I use regularly while raiding is the "/tell "summoner" I need a heart/essence please <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />". Helps minimize typing when I should be healing =P.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The ": ; cancel_cast ; /use Cure Trauma" is comething I will have to give serious thought to.</DIV>
