<DIV>I would like to get my equipment improved, as I am sure most do. Therefore I would like a list of what quests to do and nameds to kill to get some good items. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Mostly I solo and grp, and therfore resists are not a major concern, but by all means. List those items aswell if you know any. Wis isnt much of a concern either, but int is <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It doesnt have to be the best item out there. Infact items easy to obtain is prefered. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Here are a few obvious once:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><A href="http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/items/MarkoftheAwakenedIntellect.php" target=_blank>http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/items/MarkoftheAwakenedIntellect.php</A></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><A href="http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/quests/BloodoftheBrood.php" target=_blank>http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/quests/BloodoftheBrood.php</A></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><A href="http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/items/PlumptucketsDiamondEngagementRing.php" target=_blank>http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/items/PlumptucketsDiamondEngagementRing.php</A></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>And there are a few other items down the claimore line that are nice.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I think there is a nice earring that dropps from Orate Bolzar, but cant find it on ogaming.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<P>Bone clasped girdle (draco mortuus something) - get that from an NPC all the way in back of fear tainted island in TT. Very very nice belt - especially good for soloing.</P> <P>32 slot 99% weight reduction bag (wonderful inventions of a crazy gnome or something) - quest from some gnome near a vendor at the crash site in bonemire. Doesn't increase your stats but if you don't have a lot of STR it is really useful. Plus the last part where you put on a jet pack is good for a laugh. <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P>Class hat is found from an NPC perched way up on some rock I think on strife wind island in Barren Sky (I dont remember the name of the quest). You'll need to climb up that chain to get to him which can be tricy at first.</P> <P>As someone mentioned the mark of the awakening also results in a very nice item. All but the last part can be solo'd or grouped. The last part requires a raid but most servers will probably have some pick up raids for it. It is definitely worthwhile to try and get this done as the reward increases both your spell crits and heal crits, among other things.</P> <P>Claymore line can outfit you very well (the engagement ring mentioned above is part of it) also and is soloable and groupable for a large part of it. Check <A href="http://www.eq2i.com/articles/Claymore_Timeline" target=_blank>here</A> for the quest line and some of the rewards. It is a long quest series and will take you some time to get to it but you get decent leather gear (blood soaked set including legs, chest, forearms etc) fairly early as i recall and some dragonscale jewelry later on. You may not be able to finish it (requires killing the boss mob in Deathtoll which requires killing several epic dragons just to enter), but starting it is definitely a good idea. </P> <P>That said the access quest to deathtoll also gives a decent item (melee item much better than the caster item but still a good item). I'm only mentioning it because it is a quest reward and after the recent changes the epic dragons you need to kill at the end of the quest are no longer contesteds so you may be able to find raid alliances at some point to help you complete the quest. I think you need to be level 70 to get the quest. While flying on the clouds around bonemire you may have noticed some droag marooned on a tiny island. You need to speak with him.</P><p>Message Edited by Unmasked on <span class=date_text>05-10-2006</span> <span class=time_text>11:11 AM</span>
