Another idea for tranquility

Main issue about this spell is it long casting time that make it useless whenever another healer is here (they wont let an effet on tank) or when the dot is high and you must cure it immediatly.My idea is to put tranquility a buff on someone else that last for 1 or 2 minute and has a recast of 5 min. Every time an effect is cure a heal is proc (lower than the actual one of course), something like 100 heal.That way it is still not overpowered but it add a nice effect that noone else have. Also you dont have to care about beeing the one who cure to proc the heal as it is now, everyone can cure. You dont [Removed for Content] your raid triying to do a 300 heal that way.What do you think about this ?<div></div>
