<div></div><div>Hi guys,</div><div> </div><div>I am actually grinding AAs to get the charm as i think that it would add some fun to the gameplay.</div><div> </div><div>After checking OGaming, i noticed that there are almost no animals in KoS. The only ones i found are the Dryland Scavengers and.... Soctoro... :smileyindifferent:</div><div> </div><div>Are we only supposed to charm/mezz tigers in PoF or does any of you found any other animal in KoS?</div><div> </div><div>Keril - 63 Warden</div><div>Drebin - 55 Warlock</div><div>Tenchi - 43 Monk</div><p>Message Edited by Drebin22 on <span class="date_text">03-03-2006</span><span class="time_text">02:16 AM</span></p>

<div></div><p>I posted about this issue back in beta 2 times and I believe I have only found 4 creatures total in the expansion that you can charm.  The dragonflie's in TT, Bats in bonemire, Spiders in bonemire, and lastly the beatles in bonemire.  The highest level of these are the spiders with no up or down arrows in bonemire at lvl 66 and 67. The bats have 1 down arrow and are lvl 66 normally, the the beatles have 2 to 3 down arrows in there three group encounters at lvl 66 and 67.</p><p>I have found many of creatures that you would normally believe to be animals that you cannot charm in the expansion too. For example the bee's at the beginning of the Bixie island cannot be charmed. Drakota's are not labeled as animals nor are the lizard looking creatures in this expansion.</p><p>The charm ability is still a good ability to get though and I'm hoping the next expansion in 6 months will have a larger variety of animals.</p>

<div>I have been using this skill to power level my berserker! WOOT! Other than that, not much use. I used it in Cazel's mesa, that's about the best place I've found so far for it lol. I'm gonna try to solo Cazel next time with a double up tiger pet <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></div>

<div></div><p>Not many Animals to charm in KoS.  Spiders, Bats and Beetles in Bonemire, Tangleflies and Ethereal Yellow Jackets in TT, and the dog scavengers in Barren Sky (all no arrows or worse) are the only ones I have seen.  I don't understand why the basilisks aren't charmable.  With "Charm Animal", we can charm animals and insects, but not reptiles?  Hmmm........</p><p>60 and lower it would be a very useful spell, especially if you can find a heroic to charm...</p>

<div>Looks like you will get no benefit (except the special abilities an heroic may have) by charming an heroic mob until he will become a standard mob once charmed :smileysad:</div><div> </div><div>Wich means that there is no way to solo Cazel :smileywink:</div>

<div></div><p>If they took Charm Animal down to using only one concentration slot, I would use it. I group with my husband who is a bezerker. With the buffs I have, I can't afford to use the Charm Animal. I was so disappointed in this. I really was looking forward to being a Ghetto Beastlord.</p><p>=(</p>
