After a bit more searching I discovered this thread: http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=16&message.id=12880So I think I'm going to go with Sylvan Waters. But advice is still welcome. I haven't picked in-game yet.

Sylvan Waters is the *TECHNICAL* best choice because it is a heal and it is the longest lasting Master choice. It will remain on your spellbar until it is upgraded at level 57 with Sylvan Streams... HOWEVER, Chloroplast is your Bread N' Butter regen, your essential tool for healing the most amount of damage. Whichever one you pick, the other should be at LEAST Adept 3 as these two spells, along with Verdant Rapture at 46, are the Holy Trinity of Warden Healing for any single target. Keeping chloro stacked and Verdant & Sylvan spammed is your best defense against ^^^ Heroic bad bosses. If you had to choose ONLY ONE of either Sylvan or Chloro to upgrade, meaning that you are in financial difficulties and couldn't upgrade the other in due time, it might be worth considering Chloroplast as your Master choice as it is the more important healing spell.

Summary: Sylvan is the most chosen as it is the longest lasting Master choice, but Chloroplast is arguably the more important heal.

Thank you for the reply! So if I can upgrade Sylvan Waters to Adept III... I should take the Chloroplast Master II? I have harvested the rare(s) for a couple Adept III's so that is thankfully not an issue for me in this case.Thank you again for the response!
