Wolf form illusion not showing

When I use the spell to turn into a wolf I get all the benefits from it but I still stay in human form instead of turning into a wolf, how do I fix this? <div></div>

The only thing I can think of is to use /hide, sounds like it's been used in the past or somehow got set to be your default option. <div></div>
