<DIV>With the exception of the flavor spell Dust Cloud, all spells are automatically given to you when you level.  You can by upgraded versions of the spell from any scribe in the newbie areas (Apprentice 2) or from other players or the brokers (Apprentice 3 and up.)  Dust Cloud is purchased at the scribe in Qeynos Harbor. </DIV>
