Yep, now would be the perfect time to talk your guild into doing those raids as many of the named mobs in them give guild status and it can really help you to level the guild.  Conversely, just keep your eye on the broker, they are becomming more common as other guilds do just that.  Prior to the expansion, I rarely saw a master in that level range, but post, I usually see several.
