I am not really too sure this. I did a few test in live server. it seemsSpell haste AA doesn't stack with spells for instance Divine favor doesn't stack with the AA haste.Spell haste AA doesn't stack with Spell haste item.my question is after I got the full inquisitor set ( it gives 33% spell haste ) does it mean my spell haste AA will be pointless to take?? any idea?<div></div>
