I have been struggling to find out the best duo for a tank and priest.......I would like to play a beserker and/or SK while my wife a shaman and/or cleric of some type.Right now it seems the SK and Defiler would match up........and the beserker and inquisitor/templar would be better than a mystic, is that right? Thanks for you knowledge and experience.<div></div>

<P>Always remember that Inquisitors like Templars work on a reactive based set of heals along with the direct healing. So in order for our heals to be most effective, the tank has to get hit for them to trigger. So Avoidance tanks like bruisers monks and the like are not good combinations for Inquisitors as you will watch most of your reactives just waste away time wise while the tank avoids most of the hits, and when they DO get hit, they get hit alot harder than a mitigation tank. So we are working harder to compensate for that.</P> <P>Zekers, Guardians, Pallys, and SKs are mitigation tanks best suited for reactive healers where defilers, mystics, wardens, and furies are Heal over Time and Ward based heals that work best with avoidance tanks.</P> <P>But in the end it all matters what you enjoy the most. My wifes fury seems to have no trouble keeping my zerker alive. so its a give and take.</P> <P>Try different things out and whatever works best for you is the right one.</P>

<DIV>I played an Inq for from Nov 14th 2004 till May 28th 2006. I raided a ton as an inquisitor till then.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Well the reason i stopped was I finally got my wife to play, before she handed me the divorce papers.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I made a zerker and had her make a defiler. Great combo, wards are better then reactives, as they heal you when they run out anyway.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My realife friend made an account, I had him make a brigand, and I rerolled my zerker and made a Guard. The 3 of us leveled together to 70,joined a raid guild, and are very important cogs to raiding.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My wife parses at the top of the heal parse on just about 99% of the raids at nights end.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Make a defiler if doing freeport, or Mystic if going Qeynos.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Stay away from inquisitor <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />, mine has been on the shelf collectying dust, and my former guild we had 4 inq, none except one sparingly plays their Inquisitor anymore.</DIV>

<DIV>What is so bad about an Inquisitor that made you stop playing?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I read great things about them on the forums......anyway, she has a defiler and inquisitor now, just trying to lvl the inquisitor to see which provides better support to my SK.</DIV>

<DIV>With the new AA lines for classes, Templars are getting alot more love on the healing end of things and inquisitors are getting more on the damage and debuff end, so to me it looks like they are trying thier best to push the Inquisitor out of the focus of the healer position and more into the support group with heals. We already work best in raids in the dps group and not in the MT group, and with these changes, I can see it only taking us farther out of the healing position. That may be why alot of ppl are leaving the Inqs behind and picking up playing other healing classes. *shrug* who knows for sure. I know I love playing my Inq.</DIV>
