I use the Fetish V7 UI with some line of XML cut out to make cures quicker but i was thinking what features would be good for an Inq specific UISo far i haveClick to Cure A button on the group menu to use Devoted FlagellentA button on the Group menu to toggle FanaticismA button to toggle Convert on the group menu Click to use Small/Large heal and Single reactive under each group memberSomeone put a Temp specific UI together with several buttons to toggle specific effects on each group member and i like the idea but couldnt really think of much to put on itAny thoughts or ideas?<div></div>

<DIV>I'm confused as to what the benefit of this would be over attaching your spells to hot keys and using the F1-6 to target group members.</DIV>

<DIV>I use profit UI and it has a cure button integrated in with the group window which i use all the time.</DIV> <DIV><IMG src="http://www.eq2interface.com/downloads/preview.php?id=4710&tnow=1161368163"></DIV> <DIV>Ok the group window is above the chat window in this example. ( this is from the download site) it has 2 necros and a warlock and faintly next to the name you see the trauma, arcane, noxious, and elemental "+". When a group member has a hostile spell trauma on him the icon becomes bold and you can simply click on it to cure that person. Added bonus = you can keep the tank targeted and cure without ever changing targets also.</DIV> <DIV><A href="http://www.eq2interface.com/" target=_blank>www.eq2interface.com</A></DIV> <DIV>look under downloads and "complete sets" and its usually the top option.</DIV><p>Message Edited by Grrrrrrrrltwo on <span class=date_text>10-20-2006</span> <span class=time_text>11:22 AM</span>

<DIV>lets put it this way, when im raiding i usually only need my mouse.. i use my keys to move thats about it.. well ok i have an assist key on the main hotbar so i click "1" to assist. other then that all healing curing etc is all with the cursor.. the mt is always targeted.. ( or im assisting depending if hellz broken loose) when you click the icon next to your groupmembers name you never change target it just cures them. its basically an overglorified useability macro integrated into the group window, if you do repeated curing tho It will change your target to whoever you have been curing 15 traumas on.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> Id have to search archives to get more info on how the macroswork but you never change targets on the profit ui. </DIV> <DIV>I'll click on a group members name if i have to heal them then use my main assist (/assist name) key to get mt back.</DIV> <DIV>At first I used thorui because of the autoupdater. but I wont go back to that ever especially being a healer now.. Id suggest definitely giving it a try.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Well, a Custom UI it's not just about how pretty it looks. did you know your UI can decrease your frame and make the game more laggy? that UI does... I used that UI before I can't even run balance in a 24 people's raid my fps is like 14-17 when we fighting. ( Gforce 7800 overclocked to 530/1.4 )btw, I like Jaxel's UI mod very much. he knows exactly what he's doing. <div></div>

I havent had any change in my settings and I raid regularly. I change mine by hand tho I dont use the ui's custom settings.. never have. so if you have issues with lag turn down the graphics under options. If you run a Hampster 2000 you probably wont be raiding and wont have to worry either. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

I think you missed my point...I wasn't trying to say costom UI is bad. actually I never use default UI myself. why? here is the reason...I wanna see the mob hp %age, so I can deside when I should cast verdict the mob. the default UI doesn't have it. I wanna use click cure for tarinax. you know the ae will be random casted on people. it's hard to find the target and push cure hotkey. you can't just f2 cure, f3 cure. you can't do that. it's random. the default UI doesn't have click cure.what I am saying is ... hmm if the UI is frame changes too much. it will bring down your graphic quanlity. which means your fps is going down. you can do a simple test, find out what's your fps at. then push F10. then check it out what's your fps at now. so compare to each other. that will tell you some diffence. that's what I mean... anyways.. if you get Gforce 7950 due core it doesn't really matter. just run high quanlity at 35 fps in the raid.<div></div>
