<div></div>Ok, I am going to show my nubness here, our spell chilling inquest has a chance to proc off of a successful attack, but someone told me that it only worked for auto attacks and it does not include anything for combat arts, is this true? and also I am not sure how procing works in general, will I have twice the chance to proc if I put it on a an assassin who is DWing?please help this noob inquis <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Soldor, the Inquis being played by an Assassin.<div></div>

it works on any attack, spells included. since it says successful attack, it means anything that does damage. as for the Dual wielding, i think that they changed that a long time ago to make it where only the primary slot procs anything.<div></div>

Procs only happen off your main hand.  And on a scout class it procs enough to keep my Inq at near full pwr.

The proc-chance is also normalized around a 3sec Delay. So a CA with 0.5 sec cast will only have a low chance to proc per CA and a bow with 6sec delay has the doubled chance to proc per strike.The only thing that really ups the proc chance is haste, as it is not factored in the normaliziation! A Ranger with a 6sec delay bow and 100% haste will still have the doubled chance to proc even at an effective delay of 3sec. from my experience, melees scouts are giving me more mana than rangers usually . But i was gladly supprised to see zerkers giving a lot lot of mana too and i found out that having a lot of mobs  hurted  by the procs of a zerk and his Aes is wonderful.Ymrir 70 inqui, befallen<div></div>
