Whats the formula for grouping range?

I can group with ppl that are 4/3 (round down) of my own level, minimum 6 , so 70 with 54 would work, 70 with 53 wouldn't</div>

<DIV>55 is the lowest a lvl 70 can group with but I am not sure what the progression is as you go up in level. It changes each level most times which is odd but I think that it takes into account the transitioning of the levels. Like for example a lvl 33 may be able to group with a 25 and not a 24 and a lvl 31 may be able to group with a 24 but nothing below because the 33 had crossed the threshold of the level restriction. I do think it is 1/4 of your level up and down is the people you can group with. So a lvl 60 can group with a 45 and a 40 can group with a 30 but a 30 cannot group with a 20 the lowest they can group with would be 23 or 22. I hope this helps somewhat and that my info isn't erroneous</DIV>
