Hersey Lasts only for 30 seconds and has 5 charges, with this duration you're lucky if it procs twice on a mob, this is pretty much useless durring raids and soloing and heroic content. i'm hoping it can be changed to become useful for something other then duels/pvp......

I'm finding it much more useful soloing in KoS. I do lots of writs (working on faction) and the fetidhorns in Bonemire heal themselves. This spell makes a huge difference.

The key is having it at adept 3 or better (master 1 helps a lot). It makes the damage component as big as any heal most solo/group mobs would ever toss on themselves, and the stun helps them from casting back to back. Definately speeds things up.

As for PvP, its great. A must have for a PvPing inquis, especially if you solo PvP at all.

It would definitely be more useful if it proc'd on "any" spell instead of only "beneficial" spells though. I only cast it on known healer mobs, and even then only sometimes.
