So I'm curious if this can be resisted? I would assume yes like most spells but wasnt sure. Also when is the best time to cast this to get the most effective results? This is refering to raid encounters.

Yes it can be resisted. It comes in handy with Heroics with lots of HP, i.e. Nizara, and when soloing. It comes into small effect on Epic mobs as if you get them to 2% they are going to die anyways......hopfully.

You cast the spell, but the check doesn't occur until the 1.5 seconds is up. So if you pay attention to the speed in which a mob is declining in health, you can cast it when the mob is at 3% if you time it properly so that it hits 2% before the 1.5 second delay is up. If you do, the mob appears to hit 2% and die instantly...which is cool.

Message Edited by rckmer on 09-20-2006 04:33 PM
