I was wondering if maybe the best group PVP AAs was the one that gives you more Focus (far left one) and the one that shares your protection with a melee??1.  Group melee can taunt other people onto him.  So if your protecting him it will be an added bonus. (how much i don't know i've never seen a post on this AA...anyone spec this line before?  Is it hard to get Inquistors Protection up high?)2.  Focus, i notice i get interupted a lot in pvp (lvl 46).   I assume this will hold true for later levels. So this is all speculation.  Has anyone ever speced these two lines to 4-4-4-8 before??I'd really like to hear from the people who have tried this spec not just like armchair AA professors.Thanks!<div></div>

I took some advice here and went with the casting timer reduction first, all the way to the bottom, and the crit heal line as well... I just hit 50 recently and don't have the devine aura yet, thinking i'm going to stick with cast times and crit heals maxed. I do see a difference in pvp with it, not enough but... With focus maxed and over even, the interrupts are still about the same and imo the biggest PITA in this game for healers, especially those of us with hella cast times. The protection melee didn't strike me as all that helpful since my zerker mt has enough similar stuff and i honestly doubt what i have would make a dent. But yeah that part is armchair only... What does the Protection AA do anyway?  At rank 8 it gives 40 percent chance to add your Avoidance to tank??It does not seem anyone has gone down this line to max? That sucks that the focus line does not help...when you had that spec did you try to go All Focus Gear also? What is the focus benfit at lvl 8 rank?Is there a cap on focus? That focus aa also gives another benifit also I think?  Does it scale with the Damage spell AA?  <div></div>

<DIV>The protection AA at rank 8 gives you a buff that says something to the effect of "target gets a 60% chance to avoid attacks using the casters avoidance" which translates into something like this. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Tank 50% avoidance </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Healers 25% avoidance </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>when the buff triggers, if that tank would have normally been hit (i.e. got past his normal avoidance) the tank or person with buff on them then gets ANOTHER 60% chance to trigger again but this time he only has 25% avoidance to avoid the attack. It can be useful for MT clerics and groups but the only downside is that so many factors go into wether or not the tank gets hit at all that it is almost impossible to determin if the buff is actually helping significantly or if it is just doing a mediocre job. When I had it maxed out I didn't notice enough of a diffrence in how much i had to heal them because our avoidance is such crap to begin with. The monk avoidance buff would be better for a tank than ours cause theirs is only a 40% chance to trigger but their avoidance can be 80% thus lowering the chance the tank or person with buff gets hit more often than with our AA.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If this was more confusing I am sorry, this buff is really a pain to explain hehe. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>As per Focus increasing and its effect. I honestly wish there was a way to tell how much focus helped against an interrupt. With gear and aa's together I can equalize my focus out with yaulp on. So I thought lets try some interupt mobs and see if it affects things. First I do the mob with yaulp on, i get about 4 or 5 interupts during the course of the fight. Then I turn yaulp off thus increasing my focus by 32 and I get interupted on a similar encounter about 4 or 5 times. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I think focus does have a benefit, I just don't think that benefit is significant enough to justify sacrificing other gear for it. My results were not over a long period of time of testing, just my personal experiances through average game play. I seem to get interupted just as much as before regardless of my focus amount. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I hope this helps and isn't more confusing. Would be nice to have some hard data to work with on focus, if nothing else a base to compare things to.</DIV>

<P>I think the Focus only comes in when a Mob/player is using auto attacks.  Their are CA/Spells who's intent is to interrupt casting.  I don't think any amount of focus is going to prevent that type of interrupt from happening.</P> <P> </P> <P>Btw Sorry to be trolling here but I recently Rolled an Inq on Venekor to primarily play raid healer.  We are so short on Plate healing classes that raiding can be quit difficult with 4 furies a warden and a defiler (if were lucky enough to get that many)  So I have been strolling through looking for tips and Ach advice.  My main on my PvE server is a 60 Templer whom i haven't played since PvP was released.  So I am not a noob to clerics but Healer Ach stuff has me stymied.</P>
